Every client has their own team with their own projects and calendar. I no longer jump between tools — just between tabs.
The approval link shows the post exactly as it will go live. The client comments or confirms with a PIN — I never have to explain a tool or maintain screenshot chains. More demanding clients get their own approval access in my team, with their own inbox in the app.
Per team I store the client’s tonality and context. Caption suggestions then sound like the client, not like a robot — I edit instead of writing.
Approved means done: posts go out automatically at the scheduled time — Instagram, TikTok and more.
For monthly reporting I pull performance and best posting times per client from maebe instead of five native apps.

Workflow
For every client I plan 14 days ahead in their calendar — topics from the briefing, captions drafted by AI in the client’s voice, polish by me. Thursdays the approval links go out. Client A confirms everything by PIN in ten minutes, client B comments on two posts — I adjust, they confirm on their phone. From then on the two weeks run themselves: maebe publishes at the scheduled slots, and I check the notifications briefly once a day instead of five apps every hour. At the end of the month I export the insights for the reports.
